Training

Loretta Vasso, M.S., CADC, CCP has been a trainer since 1987 in her role as Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professional, an Adjunct Faculty at the college level and a highly regarded speaker and trainer on several topics.

“My experience as a professional counselor, coach, and teacher, for more than 25 years has given me insight that I believe is invaluable to my clients and audiences.

In most cases over the years, various groups have requested that I design and develop programs and conduct trainings and workshops in corporate environments and treatment settings.

My goal is always to provide guidance and inspiration to help people, businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs achieve their objectives. My down-to-earth style allows me to educate in an easy-to-understand, engaging manner that is, hopefully, never-boring.  I like to keep training sessions very casual, no matter the size of the audience, so that the attendees feel comfortable to ask questions and, together, we can explore the topic in depth. It is extremely important to me that what is most meaningful and of greatest value to audience members on any topic, will be brought out during the session, whether it is a one-hour, two-hour, half-day, full-day or multiple-day training.
